I made a thread in the customer tech support section several weeks ago highlighting the massive amounts of crashes that I was experiencing almost constantly during various activities while playing ESO. I also noted a fairly game-breaking bug in my main quest line. These went ignored as far as I could tell. It's been about 9 days since my last log in and its still here.

I'm playing Khajiit. I'm level 7. I'm in Mistral. My quest takes me to talk to the Elf known as the Silvenar. As soon as his dialogue starts my game crashes. I have done all the other forseeable quests in the vicinity so this is stopping me from doing anything but going killing Thunder-bugs all day, and who wants to do that?

I've tried repairing and verifying my files, using various settings configurations, waiting a while in the room before talking with him and even disabling Windows sounds in game. Can't find a fix. Anybody here finally have any ideas? If this is another thread that goes to waste, its another day money is flowing down the drain from a game that I can't even play.
