Should there be a 4th resource for blocking, sprinting, dodge rolling, and sneaking

Those with stamina abilities slotted should have the costs of these things significantly reduced

Elder scrolls games have never had dodge rolling, or stamina for sneaking. They have also never had abilities that use hundreds of stamina points.

No, stamina is fine for these things.
I can't tell if you're serious or just crazy... lol Should there be reduced cost on some skills? Perhaps... This idea is just horrid though.

They need to make it like the original Morrowind and Oblivion games with the Elder Scrolls feel to it. Yes they could add a 4th resource, but it would still be better to revamp the whole stamina system so that weapon skills DO NOT consume stamina, this is an aberration of the Elder Scrolls franchise.

So... basically free weapon skills? lol Or somehow weapon skills use magicka?

Yes, free weapon skills and leave Stamina there to dodge roll, block, sprinting, sneaking. The weapon skills should all have activation cooldowns so that there isn't spamming.

They won't do cooldowns as a promise so that won't happen. 4th resource for block/dodge/etc is needed for ESO, the MMO.

Stamina for everything worked in the single player iterations because all there was were light attacks and then heavy attacks which cost stamina, and no other players bombarding you and draining your resource. NPC's were pretty slow and so were block costs. There wasn't even Dodge or CC break to consider for stamina drain. Its too much to try to make it the same melee/bow weapon skill resource.

None of the Elder Scrolls games have ever had weapon skills consume stamina like ESO has, Skyrim had power attacks which you could use, and I think ESO should have something similar to that, like a combo attack system. Either way you have it, weapon skills not using stamina, or a new combo attack system implemented, will require the whole system to be revamped.

Absolutely not. Having stamina share its pool for defensive abilities should be a GOOD thing if you are a stamina user. The only problem is ZOS messed up how fast it regenerates, so that even if you are a stamina build, it drains too fast.

If they buff stamina regen and cost reduction to where it should be, then the way it is now is fine. It has always been this way in TES games, but this is the first one where stamina regenerated so slowly.

This is not a traditional ES game. You can always play the single player games. This is an MMO, were balance is a serious concern.

No. The idea of building your class is purely based on stacking. "The concept of balancing" is purely a imaginary concept. Everyone has their own ideal of balanced and consensual balance where everyone agrees will never happen. Instead I believe the game was better when you could make very powerful builds based off of stacking various abilities. If someone is more powerful that just means they did the math better then you.
It doesn't mean they are OP.

I the game was balanced properly it would be impossible for any build to be overpowered

Overpowered seems to be the word that is overpowered. It is the mindset of flight rather then fight. You have to be able to sit down with a pen and paper sometimes in RPG's. The older RPGs weren't popular for that reason they didn't baby you. Therefore re-read my comment a few times. It may make more sense.
