Lost access to all items in guild bank - Reset to recruit from officer guild leader no longer plays

I was an officer in my guild that has most of my crafting mats. I logged on today after the patch and tried to withdraw an item and it said I don't have permission to withdraw. I verified I was an officer and officer had withdraw permissions. I relogged hoping it would fix it and it reset my permissions to recruit. The guild leader has not logged on in three months and I was the second most ranking member as an officer. The last patch just switched me completely.

    Oh boy, let's hope all the guild i belong to still have an active GM at the helm to reset officer privileges ...

    Just to add some further info. I have logged out and in a few times. First time it showed me as Recruit, Second time showed as Member third time it showed me as Officer. Even when it showed me as officer again it still denied me the ability to withdraw.

    Hi, I'm the GM of the guild in my signature.

    I have an officer unable to access the bank despite longstanding permissions.

    We have tried the following:
    relogs (both of us)
    reset permissions
    promote
    demote
    create a new rank for him specifically
    ensured all ranks had different sets of permissions

    None of these have worked for us.

    Also, when I try to demote him from officer it tells me that I can't demote him.

    Any information specifically that would be helpful to you?

    Same issues as above. PLUS I am also a Guild Master of another guild associated with our main guild and when I promoted one of the members to a new position, it made him guild master. I am now locked out of both of our guilds. All officers and members of both of the below guilds are having the same problem.

    One of the guilds I belong to also has a similar problem. All of our officers seem to have been demoted to the lowest rank.

    Also unable to do anything within my guild (sell items, use the bank, etc) despite having the permission to do so. When I try, I get an error saying I'm not even in the guild.

    Before the patch, I was a member with the ability to deposit and withdraw from the guild bank. After the patch, I am a member and unable to deposit or withdraw from my guild bank.

    Also, the icons used to show what member type you are now they show the same icon whether you are guild master or member or recruit.

    I didn't think that was possible before today's patch.

    I renamed ranks, promoted and demoted people, though.

    It is not just Officers. Everyone has had their permissions nuked. I belong to four trading guilds (as a member) and can not post items or even see items I have in store.

    Yeah right after the patch I could access the guild banks and stores I belonged to. Just logged in and all of them say I am NOT a member, yet I am. I also cannot access ANY guild stores or banks now via the menu on all characters.

    im not able to post items for sale in any of my merchant guilds other then then one im the guild master in,when i try it just says that i am not a member of this guild.....im doing this at the bank same way i always had..anyone else getting this problem?

    Two of my guilds had members demoted to the lowest rank:
    - The Knights Who Say IT; and
    - Fisher Alliance Brigade.
