Officer Chat/Permissions

Hi, I'm a GM of a pretty large guild with a lot of officers. After the patch hit, I cannot get officer chat to work in my guild, or set any of the permissions. This is a huge issue, as we rely on officer chat to coordinate.

Any help?

All of Guild functionality is totally SNAFU. Going to take emergency patch and/or rollback to fix.
