Error 102 - DownloadError_InvalidMetafile

I have attempted to start as administrator but that didn't help. Also deleted the ProgramData in the Launcher directory as suggested by another forum but that didn't help either.

Any other suggestions?

When I attempt to click on http://live.patcher.elderscrollsonline.com/products/eso/Test.txt
I get "File not found.""

The issue has resolved itself. I can even properly get the test.txt link working now.
