Game crashes past login screen

Downloaded the patch, game crashes with a fatal error every time a few seconds after the login screen. I've exited the launcher, even restarted my computer. Problem persists. The gaming consultant does not do anything when I try to run tests. Please help!

✭I have done the repair and it wants me to download 26gb. THere is no way I am doing that, there can't possibly be that much corrupted data. Do you have any solution that doesn't involve redownloading the entire game?Dear Sister, I do not spread rumors, I create them. -

✭When running the repair function, the launcher will have to go through and validate all of your existing files. This can sometimes look like the client is totally redownloading, but the launcher will only download files that are confirmed as missing or corrupted. We can assure you that any files the launcher is redownloading are necessary for ESO to run. We recommend that, if you begin a repair, you allow it to finish before closing the launcher, as this can potentially cause further issues. -

oh it verified all 26gb, and then started downloading 26gb, it is at 11% right now.
I am aware of the difference.
This is a known bug where the launcher downloads the entire game all over again and has been for some time.

✭I'd like to add that support has as of yet to call me back and they are about 45 mins past the time they said it would take.
By the time they call I will have downloaded the entire game already, I am at 62% now.
I have now been waiting hours to play. The responses here have been completely unhelpful and generally assume I am a moron and am incapable of reading the launcher text.Dear Sister, I do not spread rumors, I create them. -
ballz2yooub14_ESOSoul ShrivenI have the same problem. I repaired the game twice and now reinstalled the game twice and it still crashes after I login.
