I would like the data load error to go away. It's the only real bug that I've encountered lately but I haven't seen anything more than "we're looking into this" and it came out with the 1.2.3 patch, same one as the fps-breaker.

b*tch, moan, b*tch, moan. no one will ever be satisfied. unfortunately, many players appear to get bored so easily and they demand NEWNEWNEW. creators have to balance between keeping the attention of players but also fixing what is not quite right with what's already there. I do wish they would focus on what's already here, though, so I understand your point of view.

Honestly the problems with the game right now are so minimal I can't believe people complain about them at all.... but the truth is no matter what they do people complain. They could fix every bug release awesome new content and someone somewhere will still find something to complain about.

I agree that people will always complain, this is not one of those times. When I have a character in the game that I am putting a limited amount of skill points in so that the character can improve, I expect those improvements to actually improve my character. There are many passives that make this game great but when they don't work it cheapens the game for me. When I consult with a GM about the issue (which they have all been great btw) they should be able to tell me more than this is a known issue and we are working on it. Especially when the issues has been known for 2+ months of game time that we are paying for. Passives have been a known issue since the game was still in Beta, yet they went ahead and released it anyway. ESO is fully aware that this is a problem because they offered me a FREE respec due to the fact that I put skill points in to something they know is broken and does not work. After 2+ months of something not working and no fix in sight, this should be taken to the developers and with a message asking what can we replace this with because we CAN'T fix this problem and it's pissing off our gamers who pay YOUR salary.

At this point the broken passives should be being replaced in future patches and no longer be looked at as being fixable.

Id love for the bugs to be fixed before new content.

Nice idea, but that's not going to happen.

The teams who fix bugs are seperate from the teams who produce new content, so best just to accept the new and be happy about it.

New stuff and fixes for old stuff are not mutually exclusive. ZOS has different teams of devs working on both.

I work in software development. For larger projects of this scope, there's always several teams working on different aspects of the development.
