✭✭Maybe a UI issue, I have had that happen with TFC sometimes. It will say incorrect stats, tell me I'm still at the previous level or in the previous zone, etc.2013

✭The health bar desyncs sometimes for me as well. Mostly, it gets stuck at around 90% or so and never refills completely unless I relog. This is like the opposite effect (your bar shows more HP than the server thinks you have left), but it's probably still a desync issue. This is an error that has cropped up from time to time since release for me.0 -

I do not use any health addon either and it never happen to me. My guess it is the addon's problem -- try to play ESO for a while with out* that addon and see if it still happens.
*Completely delete from your HD, not just disable it on the UI screen.
