I'm traveling last few days and in last two motels I can't log into the game, but I get on wifi fine. Maybe has something to do with router or eso needs to recognize my new location, but I don't get any messages to that effect. Any ideas welcome!

I know when you change location you will need to verify your log in again through email, since the IP will change. By summiting a new entry code

Yes but I haven't received any prompt for this or what new access code to use. So what should I do?

Hi there, @Nukeyak. If your verification e-mail never arrives, please wait 10 minutes, then try the following steps before having the game send you a new verification code:
    • Add [email protected] and [email protected] to the e-mail account's allow list to avoid having it automatically deleted or moved to a spam folder.
    • Check the spam folder
    • If the address is from a Gmail account, check the Social and Promotion folders.
    • If using a firewall or antivirus, please check that you have added eso.exe to your antivirus/firewall exception rules and that your firewall has not blocked access through the following ports:
      • TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
      • TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331
      • TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507

Thanks Michelle, I will try all this once I get back to my computer. However, if it doesn't work, how do I go about requesting a new verification code?

If you continue to not receive the verification code emails, please submit a ticket with our Customer Support Team, and we'll be happy to help you resolve this privately (because it'll involve private info like your email address).
