Absolutely right. Stop trying to deflect the issue ZOS, this began the moment you migrated the servers, it is YOUR issue, stop trying to put it on us.the article is bogus as well as all other tips... the problem started when u started the server move, why should it be the problem of the clients?
and why can the same people having problems on EU-Server play on PTR and american Server? stop wasting the time of ur customers and fix it!

That does absolutely nothing for me - still can't play.
Still no solution for "unknown error"... I get now the message "An error has occured. Try to log in a few minutes later!". Nice job... "Unknown error" no more, now i get that crap error message. Had no trouble to play when this game was beta, and now i cant play a single minute (10 sec is max.) before the game crashes to login screen. Costumer support resolutions aint working for me at all. Just bought the game to try it out after beta testing, and i cant play. 30 days of pre-paid gametime is ticking. Cancelled subscription plan also. Wont pay for a game i cant play. Guess i wont get back my lost gametime...
