Stupid traits on PvP gear!

Currently in the game and on pts, some vet 12 PvP gear have the "exploration" trait...Think about it devs, you're putting a trait onto gear that boosts xp, gear that is vet 12, meaning the wearer can not gain xp anymore. It's usless, a complete waste of a trait, pure and simple. Traits on PvP gear should offer some actual benefit to PvP
Not sure if you just randomly allocate any trait to an item, but something needs to be done about this, as it might as well have no trait at all on.
