No campaign is dead. They all have players who play on them. So it's a huge insult to us DC BT players when you guys constantly try to justify your dueling that way. You're basically saying we don't matter, so let the duelers have it.
Why would I show these people courtesy by letting them duel in peace, when they don't even have the decency to respect those of us who are playing the game as it was meant to be played?
I said respect the players, I didn't say you needed to respect a quiet campaign.
You guys are still doing it, disrespecting people who home on BT and guest other places. It's like you decided that Wabba and DB are the only places a person can call home, and people who don't follow those rules are inferior or exploiting the system.
Guesting is a part of the game. So is having 10 campaigns. If you guys don't care to come guest on Bloodthorn and stop us from having a completely blue map, with all the buffs, that's YOUR problem. If you think winning the fight in Wabbajack and Dawnbreaker are the priority, that's your decision. Don't complain that we dominate BT unfairly, you have every opportunity to stop us.
I might not like the way the PVP is setup with so many campaigns and only having to worry about your own home for buffs,(I even posted a suggestion to change it) but that's how the game is, ignoring the facts of the game and ignoring the ways in which you can gain an advantage is not something I'm interested in doing. For me, part of the fun is figuring out how to 'game' these mechanics, how to get the most out of the system laid before me. If they built a game where I can home in one campaign and bring all those buffs to fight in other campaigns, I can only assume that was intended by the developers when they designed it.
Still, I find it hilarious that this is the justification you guys are trying to use for dueling. The fact that you're trying so hard to justify your dueling, says enough.
