Only in PvE- In PvP it is quite balanced and that make the balancing so hard. I'm just a killing maschine with DW/Bow in PvP, if they would just push my DMG for 50% to compare with Magicka in PvE, I would be a god in Cyrodiil.
They know there is an issue in PvE but they have to solve it slowly.
1.3 is another Step to this point and 1.4 will bring more, I'm sure of it.
I wouldn't dream of trying to counter any of it because it's just you complaining that people more willing to join in and participate are getting stuff that you're not.

I rather expected this kind of reply from you...so I'll just end it with this truth:
The very moment they put something you want behind an activity you despise....think about this post.
For me, the important factor is they are listening to player feedback and responding.
- Veteran zone mob was brought under control. So easy Hellen Keller could do it now. Have not died once outside of cyrodil since super nerf.
- They are adding spell-crafting freeing us somewhat from class restrictions which is as it should be in an Elder Scrolls game. They are consumable scrolls.
- Assassin guild/skill-line is coming (Hopefully both Morag Tong & DB)This will be cool but will cause more balance problems in pvp.
- Thieves guild/skill-line is comingSame as above reply
- Provisioning is being revamped and improvedFinally.
- Imperial City... (does this need explanation?)There will be serious problems with this.... like... once your faction captures the city you be under attack by both the other factions and will soon lose it. Also... the number dispersion is horrid. EP>AD>DC for populations. Poor DC...
There is A LOT to look forward to.... there is also a lot of work to be done and they have admitted some misteps and are working on it... I resigned myself to the fact that this was a paid-beta early on and I think at about the 6-9 month point it's going to be a great game. I have a lot of fun as is, but I need the other sandbox elements for the game to hold my attention long term.
Agreed, just like OP, i resubbed precisely due to the amount of the post-launch work done thus far.
That however puts them pretty much in the same spot with most other companies doesn't it?
1) Difference being that in ESO's case, the team delivers quickly and efficiently
2) They could have milked the *** out of this franchise. They have not. I really, really, so very really respect that
3) I decided that my issues with the consoletards oriented UI aside, or the solo endorsed playstyle, or, or, or, this game deserves its chance. As a sub-based game. No casinos. And for a measly 13(?) euro a month, i better do my part too
So a "well done" from me as well, keep at it

You expected this kind of post from me? What's that supposed to mean? A personal attack?
Your argument essentially boiled down to:
- I don't want to be a member of a guild so I don't like guild stores.
- I don't like dyes being obtainable by achievements because to collect em all I have to do things I don't want to (PVP for example).
- I don't like looting crates and barrels in the wilderness so I don't like the justice system.
- etc etc.
You did close pretty positively which was nice
Also on the justice system, you've got the options of not getting caught, or paying your fine if you do. From the demo these items were priced at 1g each and the fine came to 5g, so we're not talking huge amounts of cash here.
There are activities coming to the game I'm not too keen on - spellcrafting for one, as I'm primarily Stamina based and it's yet more love for the magicka builds - given that most of the skills in game are already magicka based the last thing I think we needed was MORE magicka skills.
But not everything in this game is for me is it? Just because you don't want to engage it doesn't make it a con. Also all of the above is optional - you don't need to complete all of the achievements, there are many, many different colours of dyes available elsewhere.

Now see...that's an error in your interpretation. What do all those things have in common BESIDES me not liking it?
I'll tell you so you don't have to waste time thinking it over.
They all force you into the activity described in order to get something you might want and THAT is what I don't like about them. Zeni isn't making whatever activity they're tied to ENTICING...they're just dangling a carrot over a big electrified floor.
My comment was not passive aggressive, trust me. I've been moderated several times because I'm not afraid to say what I believe and I don't mince words. No, it was merely me saying I didn't expect you to understand, and to make an incorrect assumption about what I was trying to say. I /still/ don't expect you to understand, even after being this plain about it all.
Suffice to say I'd much rather pay Zeni $1.99 per dye and call it a day. ON TOP OF a subscription.

I swear I think the internet just is full of really unhappy people, so when they see some positivity they have to bring people down to there level.
