There are no issues in this game that can't be fixed in a reasonable amount of time.

Only in PvE- In PvP it is quite balanced and that make the balancing so hard. I'm just a killing maschine with DW/Bow in PvP, if they would just push my DMG for 50% to compare with Magicka in PvE, I would be a god in Cyrodiil.
They know there is an issue in PvE but they have to solve it slowly.
I'd be interested to know where the cons were? There were some fantastic updates shared and it also proved one thing to me - this isn't a quick cash grab, ZOS are in this for the long haul
To all the people that are considering unsubbing after QuakeCon, what are the cons from the conference that outweigh the pros so much?

1) I don't like the idea of having to be a member of a guild in order to shop their stores. Con. Might be fixed with the announcement they made, but I'm not holding my breath.
2) Tying dyes to PvP achievements. Heck, to achievements in general. There's plenty in this game that I won't participate in, and at last count....I'm out at least 40 colors. Con.
3) Forcing me to gather materials for provisioning in places other than towns with the announce of the Justice System. I'm not going to participate in that at all, but I'm affected by it, thereby forced to spec all my characters out of provisioning in order to remove the need for recipe mats. Con.
4) I love the minimalist UI and don't run any mods. The developers have opened up the UI to modding so they don't have to spend resources on developing/altering it. Why wasn't this done for armors and weapons as well? Cosmetic only modding...a STAPLE of TES games since Morrowind has just been tossed out the window. Con.
5) No player housing. Con.
6) Spellcrafting will likely further unbalance game mechanics and the meta game to further alienate melee classes, which I love to play. Not to mention no stamina issues are being addressed yet, despite feedback from the player base since beta. Con.
7) Daily missions. Dear Sheogorath, no. Con.
8] Craglorn and PvP in general= ick. Con.
9) Introducing more/new gear. Gear grinds? Really? Con.
Everything else is something I'm "meh" about so it's neither a pro nor a con.
Oh, and before you try to "counterpoint" any of these...you can't. These are my personal preferences/gripes and I'm not changing my mind on them. I do fully realize there are different views on the announcements, and you're all very excited about them. This is good! Really!
I'm not. This is also good. Really. Both sides are equally valid.
Edit: Apparently an 8 followed by a parenthesis makes a type of smiley.
Oh and houses are in the pipeline, but there's a laundry list of other things to take care of first

For me, the important factor is they are listening to player feedback and responding.
- Veteran zone mob was brought under control.
- They are adding spell-crafting freeing us somewhat from class restrictions which is as it should be in an Elder Scrolls game.
- Assassin guild/skill-line is coming (Hopefully both Morag Tong & DB)
- Thieves guild/skill-line is coming
- Provisioning is being revamped and improved
- Imperial City... (does this need explanation?)
