I think you mean "tweak"... As a healer I would be pissed if that heal hit the one that was at 99% rather than the one that needed it most, regardless of group.

I think the system is currently fine as is. Some adjustments can be made, but nothing as dramatic as suggested. Just my opinion of course.

Id like it so if u aimed the staff at friendly it would heal them also
