And as for my favourite quests so far, that's a difficult one.
The one with Stibbons and Lady Laurent in Glenumbra. The way Stibbons talk about getting more fish while the ghost i betrayed stood there shocked.
Made me a little sad really, would Stibbons or the lady die if i helped the ghost instead?PC EU0 -
Sethowar✭✭My personal favourite is the one with the guy who got himself and his dog enchanted to come back as skeletons once they die. The quest is you following the dog putting the man's bones back together so that he can wander the desert with his friend forever
Its either in Stros' Makai or the Alik'r Desert. It's just a short, cute quest, Also pretty weird

✭Phantom Guilt in AD. You pick the amulet from skeleton and then when you kill you hear evil voice which torturing you. Not the best quest becuse story line very short but pretty nice if you running around with this amulet.Make sweetrolls, not nerfs!0 -

This was so creepy! I picked up the amulet but then forgot the quest for a while. The voice tormented me for quite a long time and I was so happy when realized it was quest-related and I was able to get rid of it.
That's what a dose of reality does for you. Never touch the stuff myself.

Chubbaz✭✭✭I enjoy all the quests where there's a choice between doing what's morally right, and what's ruthlessly efficient. In example the quest where you decide if you'll liberate spirits or enslave them to fight for the Pact, and the one where you can destroy an object to end a curse afflicting some prisoners, or absorb it to gain advantage against a great enemy. I also appreciate the ones where you can choose between being merciful or being just.
This, my favs are also where you talk to an NPC to turn in a quest, short and simple.0 -

Stibbons is ripped from his body and feels compelled to enter the ruins, and the ghost realizes he only knows how to be a servant and becomes the new stibbons. It was disappointing to say the least. So technically the stibbons in coldharbour/later dc zones may not even be the same stibbons depending on your choice.Dear Sister, I do not spread rumors, I create them.2 -
Eirikur✭✭✭The final quest of the mage guild is a new favorite. I love that the 'evil' option actually gives you a permanent power boost, whereas the 'good' option gives you a clear conscience. Very realistic and refreshing compared to so many other quests, where the altruistic options tend to offer similar rewards as the selfish options (thus making them somewhat meaningless).Edited by Eirikur on August 1, 2014 10:53AM0 -

I just started playing quests in Cyrodiil and you're right, it adds a whole new meaning to word intense when you're doing a quest and see an enemy in the area doing the same quest.
The quest line with Lady Laurent and Stibbons is great.
And all of the Boost quests in Reaper's Marsh at the Khajiit party in Thormar are funny.

I also enjoyed the quests with Riggurt.
Rescuing Stibbons not once, but twice from the dremora lasses of Coldharbour. Seriously, what was he thinking?!
I also really enjoyed randomly talking to Caldwell throughout the Coldharbour questline. ✭There is so many great quests I do not think I can pick just one, the naked Nord was funny, the quest with the party and drinking and eating was a hoot, the main story quest in every zone have been really good to me, I hope to see more misadventures of Stibbon's in the future, I have only ran into a couple of encounters I did not like... CirithValaria✭✭✭✭After completing all zones and quests multiple times my favorite still is:In Reapers March - near Hadran's Caravan you meet this gay Khajiit (Sind) who asks help to save his husband (Tand) who seems to have gambling issues. The quest is so well written, perfectly voice acted and little different than normal quests. This quest is one of those that make you really care what happens and even if they are just npcs you fully want to help them from bottom of your heart. Absolutely perfect ending too.

I, like many others have said, love any quest that presents me with an ethical dilemma. Especially when I'm not sure which to choose. I have a bad memory so I can't remember specifics but I did like the one where there was a child spirit who wanted you to help him escape from his father because his father wanted to bind him to some disgusting construct, and then later you come across the boy's mother and she reacts to your choice.

I like the logic of it (scared civilians in trouble in a war/oblivion-tainted zone), and it makes sense that there would "always" be more people who need help.Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0
