This is over about 70 hours of play. So...
Fanboys won't take you seriously anyway.
I had the same exact reaction, too. Heh. It seemed too odd that somebody would keep a log of every single issue and categorize them in such a way.I tried reading the OP to the tune of "The 12 Days of Christmas" and ending it with "...and a partridge in a pear tree!" and it greatly improved its amusement factor.

I've been playing since launch and encounter pretty much 0 of these during normal play.
I suspect you have PC/Network issues.

7 hours + a day for 11 days and you have only managed to lvl to 34? You should get your story straight before you spew stuff like this. I mean the game still has a few noticeable issues still, but when you embellish to this extreme extent, nobodys going to take you seriously.

55mbps down, 10 up max. I usually get 10-30 down and 1-3 up. Cogeco ultimate 55 http://www.cogeco.ca/web/on/en/residential/internet/packages/.
Brand new Asus router, I literally got it 2 weeks ago. http://www.cnet.com/products/asus-rt-ac68u-dual-band-wireless-ac1900-gigabit-router/
I can play WoW, SW:TOR and other MMOs and multiplayer games just fine with none of these issues, so it isn't my network. I've tried disabling my windows firewall and these issues ALL still occur. as for antivirus, i run Malwarebytes anti-malware (the free version) once every couple of days. It has NEVER detected anything in the ESO folder.

You do realize that "22 missing textures" is 100% completely the inability of your system to stay up with the graphical strain of the game right? Some of the others could be bugs, but this one shows the limitations of your system are to blame. The funny thing is, this used to be a popular way to show what a crappy job the devs did till someone pointed out this is a failsafe way to display objects on subpar systems.
