I never said you guys were cheating. I was down right curious about the dragon leap. (if that was you, as I said in the thread, well played sir. I'd love that skill myself if I could have it) If anything, I have nothing but respect for that group on that occasion, although you did say you were not part of that group, shame, as you they were well organised and some of them beastly.

I actually dips me lid to those guys, I was embarrassed that we couldn't push them out away from the walls yesterday, they just shouldn't have been able to stay so close without being pounded into the ground.

To be frank I'd like to see more of players giving respect to whatever faction it might be that they are battling when deserved, rather than what seems to be happening now which is excuses for poor performance. Nothing wrong with saying, "hey, you guys beat us" when it's true. Don't get me wrong, nothing wrong with a bit of sledging too you EP dogs

In that instance I'm not sure what else we could have done to counter. They get close to the walls, we drop oil, they move out of range and keep hitting with meatbag to slow the heals. They get up close enough and dragon leap onto the wall and tip oils, we range and push off. I think the numbers were in a favor by a few, but the level and skill of the reds at the point was greater for sure.

I ended up logging off as it was late for me (oceanic) but I wouldn't be suprized if we ended up losing that keep at that battle. Good fight though, and I grabbed some defensive ticks when we did manage to push you guys back. (or more to the point when you guys moved back and regrouped as it looked to me)

I am going to lay it out to you exactly like this. DC took the server when no one was on. Then everyone in DC guested to DB and sat at the gates and keeps for about six hours last night, to block any retake.

You had poplock for almost that entire span, whereas neither AD nor EP had even half the numbers.

LOL @ Former Emperors/Emperors, you dont carry your emp buffs across the servers as a guest, and your former buffs are so tiny it makes me laugh that you even used that as a threat.

Impulse spam and necrotic orb with a sorc or two streak/negating is ALL YOU CAN DO.

Exploit of bad mechanics does not equal skill, and you had numbers. Youd best have numbers again today or you will likely get destroyed. =D

Not gonna happen, jack. Weve been fighting a rather strong DC presence since the cycles flipped, as well as an EP population that has at times been absolutely enormous. Cant speak for everyone in AD, but your pathetic demands for surrender are hilarious, get out.

AD has fought a lot harder than you perhaps assume or give credit for, for every single point weve earned, emperor weve crowned, victory weve achieved. You think we are all bad, okay, your opinion, you can have it, but I will tell you this right now, the AD players on this campaign are a lot better than you might realize, and yesterdays demoralized halfhearted attempt to retake keeps defended by full raids constantly is not the norm.

Perhaps youre getting what you wanted, competition. I will warn you now, however, that AD is not a joke when it gets rolling. We just never got rolling yesterday, I think the shock value will have nicely worn off today.

Guesting is what causes every campaign to either be dead or so completely bloated that it lags out for the majority population.

Thankfully guesting will be a lot harder to pull off after 1.3, especially if they ever address the workaround (traveling to someone in your guild or group bypasses guest restrictions)

Seal up those holes and the problems end really quickly.

I never said you guys were cheating. I was down right curious about the dragon leap. (if that was you, as I said in the thread, well played sir. I'd love that skill myself if I could have it) If anything, I have nothing but respect for that group on that occasion, although you did say you were not part of that group, shame, as you they were well organised and some of them beastly.

I actually dips me lid to those guys, I was embarrassed that we couldn't push them out away from the walls yesterday, they just shouldn't have been able to stay so close without being pounded into the ground.

I wish the range of teleport allowed my to climb people like ladders. I wish I'd seen the Dragon Leap, I can't believe people don't use it all the time to climb around on things. NBs do this all the time but other than Leap people and horses are strangely unable to surmount things like waist-level walls.

Has AD started retaking the map this morning? Surely they have realized by now that spotting DC 300+ points every hour is not an effective plan to climb to the top of the faction leaderboard. Of course that would require some strategy and basic math skills on their part which could be a tall order in itself.

That depends. We will accept a public apology from the member of Decibel who insulted our guild "No Mercy" and our guild member "Hova", and that will be sufficient payment for us to leave. At some point I would expect that AD would start communicating as well as you guys do, although I'm not sure when/how that will be. I realize that your guild does take a map and respond to activity on the map. I realize that includes Bloodthorn, Auriel's Bow, Wabbajack and Dawnbreaker. The travel to player freely does suck in some ways, but to stay with that mechanic means AD needs to step up their game as well. Last campaign it was obvious that No Mercy was shut down on DB because they could get it up, but didn't have the stamina to keep it going.
