Nothing changed. :P
Very few issues were caused by the servers being in the US from what I understand as they are all happening there just the same.

To all those EU players who knew that the lag was of course down to internet latency and told anyone who suggested otherwise they didn't know what they were talking about .. welcome to reality, enjoy the low latency service you've been screaming about for months and an unaltered game experience due to server design problems that are totally unrelated to 100ms 'pings'.
Never had any problems playing from the UK before, but then I have no interest in PvP.
If there's an additional cost attached to running the server from Europe then perhaps the PvP players should accept a surcharge on their sub, as the move seems to be mainly for their benefit!

Yup. PVP is still a laggy mess.
Since the server has come all, all anyone has talked about in /z is how laggy it still is.
I'm worried now, it feels like a netcode issue, could be wrong but it feels like that, and that's not good.
This could (really hope I'm wrong) turn into yet another MMO that just can't get itself sorted so people can.. you know, actually just play.
I play on both NA and EU (from the USA) and just logged in about 30 minutes ago to EU to find not only do my characters load faster but ability lag is almost gone now. The stuff I mean are things like mounting/dismounting, node gathering, talking with an NPC, using a door, talking to the Banker, loading the Guild Bank, etc.So are we happy with the new Euro mega-server?
How's the lag and Fps?
Was it worth waiting for??
Personally I can't tell the difference but I run a top end system so I didn't have problems before either.
Time for some feedback, y'all had an hour or so to test it
