All my characters are gone, its like Launch day all over again.

Hia CS,
I hope you can help me: All my characters are gone, I logged in yesterday and all was good and fun, but now...i have to make a new character because well...again all my chars are gone.
Please help. I send in a ticket too through support, but I did not get any reply back if it was send ok.
I hope its just the migration....but I fear for my gold, items, bank stuff, and armor/weapons

PSDB✭Never mind, its solved by calling CS.
If this ever happens to you the following procedure must be done:
1. Close game
2. Close launcher
3. make sure no ESO processes are running
4. restart launcher
5. restart game
6. log on and...
7. TADAAAA all the chars are there again...

✭Hi, @PSDB. Just to be sure, can you double check to make sure you've logged into the correct client and server? You can do this by making sure that the "The Elder Scrolls Online" client is highlighted on the launcher, and not "The Elder Scrolls Online (PTS)". Next, please navigate to the gear in the top right corner of your launcher. When you click on that gear, you should be able to check which megaserver you're logging into (either North America or European).
[Edit] That's what we get for not refreshing before posting! Glad to hear Support got everything sorted out for you.

Yeah I did all that before I called CS. I did not restarted the launcher...well because of the light heartattack i got seeing my chars were gone... But that little hickup can easily be cured by lets say some nice dual wield axes?
I even let you take a selfie with my character wielding the axes you gave me. Its always nice to have a selfie with a Vampire Elder Guidlleader next to you right? What could go wrong?
