Provisioning database

I am looking for a provisioning database, in excel, csv, txt whatever.
I want to be able to search for an ingredient, example Caramalt, and it lists all drinks that this is ingredient is used to make, the provisioning level to make it and the player level to consume the food.
ESO Head is close but they don't list your player level to consume the food/drink. Also, I cannot export its data out to text.
I have found MANY many different ones, but so far not a one that shows me the player level to consume the food/drink.
Anyone seen such a thing?

Woolenthreads✭✭✭✭I think they don't list the player level because the recipes don't list that data. As for the recipes themselves, they are not currently level restricted for learning even though some of the ingredients can't be obtained unless you are appropriately leveled in a leveled region.Oooh look, lot's of Butterflies!
