I think the title speaks for itself. Even though it's in an area with both PvE and PvP, here's an example to start...

For those fighting for the Ebonheart Pact in Cyrodiil, Grand Warlord Zimmeron has been having voice-acting issues. The original voice, which was very suitable, has had some new material added in alongside it in a different voice (which could also be suitable). It's kind of weird, this higher pitched, reserved voice with a deliberate cadence and slight aristocratic accent alternating with a deep, direct, imperative voice.

It kind of reminds me of a badly dubbed student film involving exorcism...

Zimmeron: "The enemy... has taken the Elder Scroll of Chim. We must get it back."

Player: "Yes, Grand Warlord."

Zimmeron: "VERY WELL, SEE ME WHEN THIS IS DONE."

Player: "For the Pact."

Zimmeron: "This is of utmost importance to our efforts in Cyrodiil."

Player: "Of course, Grand Warlord."

Zimmeron: "THEN GO NOW!"

Player: "Right away, Grand Warlord."

I kind of picture his eyes changing each time his voice does, and whenever we start to lose ground in the campaign, I blame it on his split personality.

Hmm, if they do fix this, maybe the official patch notes can reflect that the Grand Warlord has been cured of his possession/multiple personalities/intermittent speech impediment.
