Will we be able to change our "body types"? I want my character to look stronger...

We could choose our body type in character creation, admittedly it was with sliders and there was no fat option. But I don't want to see a fat Argonian/Dumer/Khajiit/Etc.

If you mean to cange after we started playing, they will probably add it in somewhere down the line.

    ...

"Large" body type on the triangle.
    "Gut" slider maxed.

I made an overweight Khajiit alt named Gar'fi Oold.

Trainer for hire! Just like feeding horses at the the stable master, you can goto a trainer and pay a free everyday to improve some aspect of your body.

Also, ink master, to add or remove tattoos.

    Don't forget to also factor in "Hip Size", "Posterior Dimensions", "Arm Size", "Leg Size", the list goes on. c;

That said, it doesn't make sense for something like a Barber Shop to allow you to make your character bigger or not. Now, if you overeat or forget to eat/drink frequently... ;)

There's definitely a fat option. Just spend more time

Yes, I'm getting that, I just didn't want it, so didn't look.

Well obviously a barber wouldnt be able to change your body but a flesh sculptor at the assassins guild would.

I personally find the "muscular" option for the female models to be underwhelming. I'd far more prefer to have a character model that looked more like this:

    ueW2vgw.jpg

Not overly bulky and gross, but thick and muscular enough to make it BELIEVABLE this woman could swing a two handed weapon around for more than thirty seconds.
I am not spending a single penny on the game until changes are made to the game that I want to see.
    1) Remove having to be in a guild to sell items to other players at a kiosk.
    2) Cosmetic modding for armor and clothing.
    3) Difficulty slider.
    4) Fully customizable player housing that isn't tied to anything in the game other than having the correct resources and enough gold to build. Don't tie it to PvP, guild membership, or anything at all. Oh, make it instanced so as not to take up world map space, too. Zeni screwed this one up already.
Any /one/ of these things implemented would get me spending again, maybe even subbing.

The muscular body looks exactly like that. You're character just isn't holding a flex pose 24/7.

No, it doesn't. Here's one set to max levels of arm size, leg size and muscular levels:

    and this:

    and this:

    RjLJeM4.jpg

it's clearly visible the character model is NOT as defined or muscular as the previous picture. I'm not asking for very much, I'd think. Just a bit more clarity and definition. Increase arm size a bit. Maybe make abs a bit more defined.

In short, make me BELIEVE this woman can swing a sword and be the equal of any male warrior out there.

I agree with Naked Snake. Oil her up, put her under lights and have her flex. She would look exactly like that.

By the way, body builders prepare for shows by cutting out all fats in the run up period, among other things. They don't look like that all the time and it would be unrealistic for them to maintain that degree of leanness.

I suggest a forbidden necromancer, tucked away in a far off cave...who for a price will create a sort of flesh atrinoch...you trade your death for a revival in a new body, perhaps giving the option to change races within your faction...even if it involves something cool like (under the new law system) murdering NPC's for the flesh.

Paradoxically I think the problem here is the female models arent very feminine in ESO. Theyre too square and blocky like theyre made out of wooden planks. Look at the nicely rounded deltoid muscles on the woman in the photo, now look at the flat ingame models. You can make a character with smilimar body proportions but it will never look as good.

Also... for proper muscles you really need to go orc:

Reality can be a shock I know but we cant all walk around looking like a comic book character all the time.

That they do. No argument from me there. I just wish ALL female models could have that body style.

    Edit:

I realize this is most likely just a pipe dream and it'll never happen, but....you also never know. For sure it'll never happen if nobody pipes up about it, that much is certain.

Actually the opposite is true. In order for fantasy to be believable, it can't stray too far from natural and physical laws.

Actually it only has to be internally consistent. You can push the laws quite far as long as they make sense within the context of the presented reality. If the author can maintain that, hes good.

I kinda like the ferocious, demonic look they have. Not someone Id ask out on a date but I certainly wouldnt mind having them back me up in a fight. Also... you can always put a helmet on them :P

Personally Id love to see better torso/legs proportions on males... or better yet a slider for that. Not likely to happen either tho.

Yup, that approximated triangle has to go and we need at least one more slider for every option already available. Jaw height to accompany jaw size .etc The characters are still too generic looking for a TES game.
