Your Pc specs and FPS?
Instead of posting a bunch of threads about my pc build, how about I base my new build off your guys computer 
. So commence! What are your specs and how many fps are you getting in the open/city/ and in pvp?

12gb ram @ 1684mhz
2 Geforce 660 ti SLI
I get anywhere between 35 and 120 fps depending on the zone and the effects on the screen at a time.
Most of the time I can lock it to 60fps with Vsync though, just drops down in certain areas.

Basically an over 3 years old gaming rig. Game runs on ultra with 25-30fps and constant 60fps ( vsync ) in dungeons.0 -
GrimMauKin✭✭✭✭I've got an oldish gaming rig with a first generation i5 (about 2.6Ghz I think), 12Gb of ram and a Geforce 760 graphics card; the OS and EOS are running of an SSD.
Frame rates are erratic ranging between about 25 - 100. It's hard to be specific about what specs. are needed as there seem to be software issue within ESO that give poor FPS and perhaps don't utilise the GPU fully.I am one of The Great Mediocracy, those whose role in life is to provide the baseline by which The Few deem themselves Great.0 -

8GB RAM at 2400Mhz in quad channel config.
GTX780Ti at 1293 Mhz
At 1080p with MIP_LOAD_SKIP_LEVELS = -3, game override driver settings 8xQSAA, 16xAF around 70-100 fps in "normal" areas. Around 50-70 in Cyrodiil in zerg situations when the game is most spectacular.
(generally the game graphics on screen as the most beautiful ever and cannot be represented on screenshots)

Settings on ULTRA with AA ON and VS ON
- in huge battle 18-25 (without AA 20-30)
- in small battle 35-50 (without AA same)
- solo/small group running/riding 75-100 (without AA same)
This my computer has no problem with any other AAA category FPS games and etc.; everything is running well 40+ fps... Just ESO has these FPS drops...

I spend no more then 500EUR (around 700USD) on my rig, back when i bought the components.
Some parts i got off of ebay, for some i waited on good deals on Amazon.
