Check out the traditionals that modern bands like Steeleye Span and Great Big Sea have done. Or even the Irish Rovers. Or even some rocknroll versions of "Whiskey in the Jar".
*Unless it was really, really meant to look sad, because this is what Skooma does. I thought Skooma was supposed to be more fun than that, though - an upper, not a downer, if you will.

I hear you, some variety would be nice.
But look at the times, major war in Cyrodill, Dark Anchors dropping from the sky, monsters everywhere. Upon entering a new town you are greeted with some derivation of, "Boy, you picked a bad day to come to XXX!" What do these people have to be happy about?
