do the values of one armor set stack?

There are some armor sets that have the same value if used with 2,3 or 4 items. The Death's Wind set for example has +118 Max Health with 3 items and +118 Max Health with 4 items. Do these two values add up resulting in +236 Max Health if 4 items of the set are used?
Sorry if this has already been answered. I've read all the comments and threads I found about the new armor sets and I haven't found a direct answer from someone who tested it on PTS.
