Can't Enter Stormhaven From Character Select

Same issue for me.

In Stormhaven and went to the caves when it stopped responding.
Came up with an "unknown error" and now i am unable to login after 3 tries.

Character: Seth of the Fall

Can you guys do your magic and get my character working, it's the only one i use so i am unable to play the game at all.

Would like to add myself to the list of currently-stuck characters; same conditions, crashed out just outside Windridge Cave on the Legacy of The Three quest in Stormhaven. Hope this get's sorted soon

For those with characters that are still stuck:

Log into another character and go to the in-game Support menu, selected Ask For Help > Game Play and choose I need help with a character from the drop down menu, describe your situation in the Description field and hit Send Email.

I posted on this forum nearly 12 hours ago and submitted a bug report about the same time to no avail, but this morning after following the steps above I had my character moved to Glenumbra in less than 20 minutes.

Character stuck in the cave is Hallasnir Tain.

Windridge Cavern definitely seems to be the problem. I have exactly the same error in the same place but have had no reply from the ticket I raised or even an acknowledgement of it yet. I guess the only way out of this until they fix it is to start a new character? Not good really sonsidering how many people have had this problem. Hoping their promise to sort anyone out who's raised the issue on here will come good...

Well the good news is that I posted about this and they saved me. I got a great email from tech support and he placed my character far from danger and I was able to log in again. So that is a win for me. It took over night as I didn't post to this forum until 8:30pm but by 10:00 am they had read the forum and fixed me up. Fine by me. I hope it works out for the others experiencing the same thing. See you on the battlefield!

I can't file a bug from my character because I can't log into him. The game crashed out when I tried to enter Windridge Cave in Stormhaven last Thursday. I restarted the client, logged out, closed the client, rebooted and waited 1 hr, then logged out for 24 hrs. None of these attempts were successful.

I had my character moved to Glenumbra, immediately after submitting an in-game support ticket (as suggested above).
I would recommend to not go back to Windridge Caverns before 1.2.6 is applied and the issue with that quest/zone resolved.

Stepped few feet into Windridge Cave with my V12 NB Purra while harvesting and now she is also trapped.

Edit: She was moved within 5 mins of asking for help in game.

Wow, I'm very impressed. About 20 minutes after I submitted my ticket to support, Shenna had my character moved to a safe location and I was able to log back in. You can't ask for better customer support than that

Really crap fps in a dungeon, 9FPS compared to the 60-100+ normally - logged out, now "An unknown Error has occurred"!

"An unknown error"???? I guess the programmer never expected this sub-routine to trigger, or was it just laziness???

If you cared to read above, you could have had your character moved to a safe location in far less time that it required for you to dish out your hate.
