Please add an option to remove Magelight shining orb

Yea the settings in the game would get crazy if they stared adding toggle buttons for single spells.

I couldn't get the animation to shut off the other day in Cyrodiil. Weird thing was it only would get stuck in one campagne (the busy one of course).
