They said however they will work on the mechanics so that stamina abilities are more responsive.

More responsive? What does that even mean? Lol responsiveness is not the issue.
The change for responsiveness is that the game will cache both of your skill bar setups (wep + skills), so that when you swap, it doesn't have to get the info from the server to repopulate your skillbar - which is apparently what it's doing currently?
