If I could care less, then I clearly care about the thing.

Technically, expressions are not intended to be strictly interpreted. What would you think it meant if someone said "I could give a sh*t". Would you claim that the person *couldnt* give one would be more correct? Its really the same meaning but your way makes even less sense.

That's right and if you self-find enchanted upgraded weapons and armor the white stuff is worthless and the merchants will give you 0 gold for it too. But if you are a skilled crafter go for it. I'm not--thus my vote. You people realize it's the same gear as green & blue, just not upgraded...
It was a step in the right direction.. making this game more like an Elder Scrolls game. If you see a weapon rack, you should be able to go pick up the weapon, simple. This was a great change and I really don't see how anyone can complain about this... if you don't want the low quality weapons, then don't loot them... dur.

Er, the white hear in containers is kinda annoying, since it isn't even full scale white gear technically, but the mobs' drops are perfectly fine. You can't expect a green/blue/purple drop every time, and white is still much better than nothing. Ever since I maxed my own crafts, I send the stuff to one of my lower lvl friends who gets a ton of experience deconstructing these and is just super happy:) Just because I don't need it, doesn't mean no one does;)

Yes, but the white gear is taking the place of green/blue/purple gear that is WAY better to decon. for XP & items. Yes, you still get the green/blue/purple gear but at a much lesser drop rate now!!! Wouldn't you rather have green/blue gear to decon? I would think so. I would and so would anybody with half a brain(not saying you only have half a brain).

Containers that drop the new white items never had a chance of dropping gear in the first place, regardless of the quality.

If you notice, he was talking about both types. Not JUST the gear from nodes. Its the gear that drops from mobs that I'm referring to.

I didn't realize that, because that's completely immaterial to the thread. They haven't increased the drop rate for common (white) quality items from enemies, and those items can be vendored, enchanted, etc. Totally different system, and it has nothing to do with the poll.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nD1MkpHEp6M&feature=youtu.beThey wouldn't be so bad if hey had traits attached to them. That way at least they would be useful. 4 months into the game and still not had a dagger drop from a mob on 3 characters.
