So my Ebonheart Pact alt lvl 7 seems to see potency runes lvl5 as lvl4, I tried to give a stack to my friend and he couldn't use them, because they were lvl5. I took at look at the stack with my Aldmeri Dominion alt, which has enchanting lvl34, and they also looked like lvl5 potencies.


This is madness, so much time, ingame gold and effort put into crafting and we don't even get the correct titles? Madness I say, and lots of sorcery...


Has anyone els encountered this?
