What is going on? Never seen so bad customer support...

I made a ticket today and asked for help with a question, after a while a GM wanted to talk to me. I pressed the button to open up the chat window and said hey etc.
waited a few minutes and asked again....no reply....
Is this the policy of closing tickets fast for eso? i was busy questing aswell, in a dangerous zone. I cant just drop everything to wait for a GM that doesnt even bother to reply to me.
Figured i'd wait for a email response, but even that one has been silent as the grave. what is going on? How can the management allow GMs to behave like this? We are customers who pay for this game, and we demand some respect. This is not respect.
On previous tickets i have made, i have gotten a reply within a few hours - which is fair enough considering with this buggy game i asume they have alot of tickets to take care of. But disrespecting paying customers like this is just bad for business.
Take a long hard look at what is going on here, management. And you will be shocked.
I waited like 10 minutes before i understood that nothing was gonna happen with the GM so i closed the window, i reckon that means that the ticket is closed lol.
It's just unbeliavable...I'm still waiting on a reply...

Check your email (the one connected to your account activation). I always get an email with ticket numbers. They are very good with responding fast, at least from my experience.
