A known bug - I experienced it too but was able to proceed on second try (drop the quest and restart over from the very beginning). Also tried to speak the quest giver at the entrance but doubt it works. I suggest you to try the same (restart over) if you do not wish to wait0 -

Today I persuaded a friend that only logs on to collect Hirelings and feed Horses to do a dungeon again, we only had like 30mins of playtime and as Misfortune would have it we decided to do this one as we both didnt complete it.
Of course! It Bugged out after we killed Spidy in her Web.
