Ragnthar in Malobal Tor

I need to locate Ragnthar in Malobal Tor to complete the pathfinder achievement. I can't find it anywhere. Any search seems to link it to a fighters guild quest in Daggerfall. I am confused - does anyone know where it is in Malobal Tor?

KariTR✭✭✭✭✭Aelif (from the Fighters Guild) leads you there, but it is in the general NE part of the Malabal Tor map.
Just do the guild's story line and you will complete.

Sherrieg✭✭I think I have completed all the Fighters Guild's quests and I have a vague recollection of the Ragnthar quest. It is still not on my map; hopefully it will show up.0
