cazlonb16_ESO✭✭✭✭✭"Legit" may be somewhat of a strong word, but the usual keyseller sites have been selling the Explorer Pack since release. Zenimax probably should have disabled the codes after a certain grace period.
The release with the exclusive race for the collector's edition had quick money grab written all over it though, so I guess they don't give a ***.0 -

They will probably sell it as an upgrade eventually, I got it with the pre-order version, but others would want it.People believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true!
