They should. But they may still be working too hard to do that. We are still waiting for complete stabilization of the game and the community. 1st month is always the busiest. After 3 months all new MMO's lose around 40-50% of subs and by the 6 month mark things have completely stabilized and have calmed down. There have been some twitch streams where they where interviewed by fans but to do it themselves might take a little more time.
Also remember they are gearing up for consoles. So the game is only half released. When console versions get released its going to bring in new bugs, new server problems, and new things they will have to bust butt on to get working which would also need more focus than a weekly event.

@ers101284b14_ESO Good thoughts. This is my main MMO, and I'm just eager to start seeing some of the nice things going on in other MMO communities, which have been around longer and their player base has stabilized.
