I haven't tried to solo a dolmen yet, but we duo'd one before the nerf, so it's not like they were super-hard content already.
Bear in mind that whilst this patch has made things easier, Dolmens really aren't a good guide, as they scale to the numbers of players present. With fewer players you get fewer monsters and need fewer kills to complete each anchor pinion. A better guide would be most other content. Having said that, most world bosses will either be CC-able, and thus beatable before and after, or non CC-able and will kick your arse before and after,

I don't think it's so much about adding more npc skills, as giving each npc access to more of the current skills. Right now, any given npc has two or three skills they use. A light, unavoidable attack; a heavy, interruptable/blockable attack; and a special, interruptable/dodgeable attack. And it's the same set of attacks for any given npc type. A scamp will have a little firebolt, a heavy firewall, and a special puddle of fire, no matter where you find it.

To make it more interesting, they could give scamps a firebolt plus a melee attack, a heavy firewall plus a fire nova aoe, and a fire puddle plus a cone attack. Or something. Then any given attack isn't particularly over-powered, but you still have to be more careful than right now because there are more possible attacks to consider when defending against them.

Make fights more dynamic, what a brilliant idea!

Ahhh but now we are talking AI, well ok maybe not true AI but what you are asking for is what every gamer has asked for since the first computer games. NPC's that act more 'real' is very tough to do, requires a heck of a lot of code. Add to that the verity of NPC types in a game like this, that is asking for a lot from a company that can't even fix quest bugs, FPS problems, and memory leaks.

That would be nice, but not what I or @fosley_ESO was referring to.

Noting abut AI. Just looking for a bit more variety in attacks. Thanks for the input thou.

Ok so maybe you don't want them to think on the fly but what you are asking for is multiple combat routines for each type of mob. Once again considering how many different types of mobs there are in the game you are asking for a heck of a lot more coding. Considering they can't even fix the bugs they already have introducing that much new code that would need to be balanced and de-bugged is asking for a LOT!

I just want them to stop tweaking for a few weeks, focus on 'catching up' with what is already in the game, actually take the time to test 'fixes' and balances before releasing anything new to the live servers.

Playing VR 3-4 content on an alt right now and it is just as easy as level 1-50 content.

Could you at least consider making the overland trash mob easy but still have challenging (but rewarding) encounter in dungeons?

Comparing health is straightforward enough and a couple of bosses should suffice, as long as the results are consistent.

Due to the amount of variables involved, including your changed armour/level, one fight isn't even an indication yet concerning the damage though, much less proof of anything.

I appreciate the effort, but let's not get ahead of ourselves here.
