Coming from Bloodthorn, I like there being long stretches without one here.

Take a look at ESOstats for this campaign, we have literally had no emperor twice as long as we have had one, in any alliance.

There was a reign that barely lasted a couple hours in there "Empress" or whatever.

I think BKs is the longest one of the whole cycle, and thats saying a lot cause it was only 2 days long.

I am still trying to figure out what WASNT under siege tonight. Is there anything? Is there anything that didnt flip? (shush agrippa, we know chalman held, ugh)

I dont think I have ever seen a night where I spent most of my time traveling all over the map to cover bases.

Also holy blue zerg guesting, is every blue in the game guesting on DB now? I was at glademist watching that group of 60 (yes three full groups) pop out all at once and hammer down the AD guys poking at the scroll. Meanwhile red and blue seemed to be duking it out over Chalman/Bleakers, while yet ANOTHER group was taking Faregyl.

DC has some serious numbers now, and i mean SERIOUS numbers. I know people from Bloodthorn, Wabba, Chrysamere, Auriels Bow, Hopesfire, and even Celarus guesting DB now.

At one point tonight, population was AD locked, EP two bars, DC three bars. Thats some serious population on our little campaign. guess it aint so little now.

Tonight BDG played nice. We actually tried to work together with the other guilds.

From my perspective all it got us was abandoned every time things got hard or whenever something ELSE on the map blipped for even a second.

We lost at least three caps because the other groups decided they were going to go try to be heroes at a lost cause like Fare.

I dont think some of the other groups get what exactly was happening, DC was running as one massive unit just wasting everything in their path. EP was mostly defending from that and us.

Meanwhile DC kept lighting keeps up all over the map, I doubt they were even serious attempts to cap so much as they were diversions that did exactly what they were meant to do, split us up into easy pickings in a 50 on 20 scenario every time.

I remember asking our raid leader flat out in TS tonight who the heck was calling the shots, because half of the time I didnt even see the logic in what we were even doing.

I mean, people supposedly blame BDG for not helping or working as a team with the other guilds, but the night we try to, we get left to do it all on our own while people snap react to everything else. There was no focus whatsoever, it was like pure spastic.

You have to understand that reaction time is all we have. We have to light the keep up and cap the flag within five minutes, else the full DC zerg slams down on our heads (five is actually conservative, some of the DC groups can react in half that time). Once you see OPFOR entering a keep youre attacking you might as well quit there, because with the new camps always working all of the time and being spammable, they can just respawn without any cut off of resources, even if the keep is lit up, and siege/turtle down with oilparty. Its all about TIME, and splitting up to cover everything increases TIME.

So when half the attack force peels off to go "defend fare" that increases cap time, giving DC a chance to react, and guess what happens? 50 DC descend on the rest of us and wipe us out, then port to Fare and wipe YOU out.

There were 22 of us - we made 10K each thrust into that temple - i really thought we had you after we had a second group of 6 or so sieging you from the outside while we pushed in - it was close - and it was hella good fun.
