Yes, but perhaps lower the guild bank space for guilds with less than 10 members.

voted no as well, bank would get exploited like crazy if small guilds had access to it.

I agree fuly with @phantorang thats the only way from keeping it from being another personal bag for people to use.

Can you clarify your comment? Small guilds are usually made up of family members or friends unlike the large impersonal guilds. Over the years I've been in large (100+) guilds and small (5+) and I've never seen the guild bank being exploited instead the small guild banks were used to help each other and gain funds/resources for the guild itself.

Who cares if people want a "bank alt" let them have them Other MMOs do. Until personal Housing and guild housing is put in, your regular bank and inventory is ridiculously small compared to what you actually need even at max upgrade level.

They should also have the option of making tabards. No harm in that at all.

most games have similar requirements. if all guilds had a guild bank, i would have my real guild, then 4 personal guilds to up my personal storage up to 500x4 guildbanks +110x8toons +8 horses x59 slots= 3352 inventory slots. that is just one account.

10 is a very small requirement, expecially with 5 guilds per account. if your friends and family guild doesnt have 10 people, find another guild with less than 10 people. join eachothers guilds. only have your friends/family as officers able to invite, add/remove from the bank etc. turn off the chat to the other guild. have them do the same.

viola, you have a private guild, they have a private guild. and both can still add 3 other guilds.

Since ZoS defines a guild as 2 or more players, guild amenities should become available at that level of membership and then expand on a scaled basis. Limited guild bank space and tabards to start, with guild store access and additional bank space unlocked as the guild grows in size.

As for exploitation...yes, it is certain that some players may run out and buy another copy of the game and start another subscription in order to "exploit" the guild bank space. But, frankly, exploitation occurs now as well. I have yet to run into a single guild store guild where the leader did not have the guild bank space locked for personal use (I am sure they exist, I just have not seen one). I have talked to a few that were very honest about starting the guild store guilds for the sole purpose of gaining personal use of guild bank space.

In other words, denying small guild access to some limited bank space isn't going to stop exploitation from happening, but it does keep players preferring small guilds from enjoying the game features they pay for.

Should get a guild bank nevertheless ad how about they introduce small scale traders for the small guilds, where you can ut a couple of items on. You can only bid on a "small scale trader" if your a "small scale guild"

Although its likely the big guilds would just make splinter guilds.

Your poll needs more than two options, because access to Guild Bank and access to Guild Store are two separate benefits with two separate requirements.

Regarding stores: Trade guilds are everywhere, so there is certainly access to this via other means. If each of your presumably nine members is also a member of two other trade guilds, you have access to eighteen trade guilds between you.

Regarding bank access, which is the more likely requested reasoning, it's really not that difficult to conjure up less than 9 more people with like interests. I say less than 9 because small guilds often trade deposit-only-memberships to obtain this very purpose.

It's quite reasonable the way it stands.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Voted Yes.

I enjoy the game, but inventory management is teeth-splinteringly obnoxious, and the hordes of people relog spamming to stow their gear absolutely murders server performance during prime time.
I would use it for personal storage, without question. If the devs truly WANT it to be as frustrating as it is, well... my sub is already cancelled. I'll give it until my 6 month runs out to improve.
This. this. this. this. Why is everyone here so quick to jump on the 'inventory slots should cost money' bandwagon? FFS in EQ2 you got something like 30 slots of your own inventory that you could put BOXES in (with 50 slots). And you could make those boxes.
I'd understand more if Zenimax was selling bank slots for real money, hell I'd buy them for real money, but they're not, it's in game money, and it makes inventory management a minigame in itself that's about as much fun as playing whack-a-mole with your own private parts.
I love ESO but I cannot freaking stand the inventory management of this game.
To the point of guild banks... make it so you need 5 or so people to even create the guild like every other mmo does. that's why they do it... so they don't create 1 person guilds and have hundreds of empty guilds. and you know what? if they then kick 4 people out and now someone's sitting pretty with an extra 500 bank slots... so what? what is that hurting.. anyone?

Step 1. Promote your friends and family members to higher ranks.
Step 2. Invite people to the guild as lower ranking members.
Step 3. Restrict guild bank usage to the ranks of your friends and family.

Bonus step, recruit low level players as they are more likely to leave the game and never return.
