Took a final tour of Cyrodil today. Capped....everything...rolled a few nubs at the Alessia bridge with Mmen in hand...it was a good run. Game is a blast - wish they would fix it - but my time runs out tomorrow and I will not be resubbing until they fix the FPS bug.

My guildies will keep me informed if they fix the problems. Then..you have to deal with me in primetime :P

Explain this to me.

Get to Cyrodiil. FPS is fine until siege a keep with like THREE PEOPLE IN IT.

FPS drop to 2. Die. Spawn at home and say "f this unplayable horses***"

FPS stays at 2.

Port to craglorn.

FPS comes back

EXPLAIN THIS UNPLAYABLE HORSES***

That was the longest yellow siege I've seen on Dawnbreaker and it was tough as heck. The longest was when we, EP, held Roe (don't ask) as the only inner circle keep against blue and we KNEW we weren't getting reinforcements from our faction as they kept bouncing off BRK/Chal. Held that for 2-3 hours until AD grabbed Alessia.

Oh Roebeck, that was such a solid defence

A level 16 Orc who I met while gathering mats in newbie-land wanted me to make a Glyph for his level 23 friend (he thought you had to enchant the item in the trade window, as I once thought when new) was in a group with me and somehow followed me all the way to Sejanus to give me the level 22 runestone he spent the day harvesting and helped me use my 3 ballista to break into the keep until Trusticles and a handful of other friends arrived just as we brought the wall down and threw down an FC and thus broke the transit for reinforcements for AD troops trying to abscond with an Elder Scroll.

When he died (and I did twice!) he just rezzed and ran straight back into the fray.

A totally epic first foray into PvP for a new player in a largely lag-free encounter with a small group of players and the resident NPcs. Make me smile a lot.

I killed it, never saw any action in the center and next thing I know cyrodill alert said that the scroll was just taken so I popped my map and it was already at the gate.

No clue what happened. Others asked in zone, "what is going on with the scroll". I never heard an explanation. Not saying it was a hack but I am just as confused about what what happened as you.

Sleep? That was an epic night all around the map. Turning Chalman for the EMP was an AD Achilles heal and a memorable (I'd rather forget) defense by EP. Fun, frustrating, tiring, challenging!

So tonight in a nutshell

- FPS is fixed
- Much farms happened
- BDG took Chalman and defended it for almost 2 hours until the largest blue mass i have ever seen since beta (seriously at least 60 people) decided "lolno"
- Stealing a scroll. Failing it.
- More farming
- Aldmeri Vice claims Roebeck (while running with BDG)
- Aforementioned Chalman keep was "owned" by Vice's STOREHOUSE guild XD for the whole siege (yeah ninja me)
- Farming the living hell out of red and blue for hours on end at the BRK farm (was it BRK?) I dont even remember anymore.
- My guildie Saphyroth going 213-0 on k/d ratio according to that one addon.
- Being the bait and dying on purpose after rushing in to a group of OPFOR so they would reveal their true numbers over and over. Then wiping them after rez.
- Stealing another scroll, taking it to a nice warm house... no one comes to hang out with us
- Running the scroll back home.
- AP out the nose on three different toons =D

All in all, its good to be back. First time ive been able to PvP a whole evening and it was busy as all hell all afternoon, hell its still going.

Woah, woah, woah, is this really the Dawnbreaker I've played on since the start?

Used to be PVE for AD, now 24/7 action and AD is bringing up the rear in scoring, yet strong play all around. DB is Reloaded.

Well, AD keeps pushing emperor instead of doing things that score the bigger points like, I dunno, keeping control of their own scrolls.

Yeah I did all my Cyrodiil PvE in Dawnbreaker before the reset, that wouldn't be as feasible today as there is actual action in the campaign.

Regarding the scrolls, we do have some folks with a scroll fetish… but most of us have an AP/Emperor fetish.
