Least for me, I see that I cast spell and then see nothing until about a couple sec. later. Sigh....another bug introduced with a patch. That or its just doing this on my PC. Anybody else seen this?

    though it's now hard to tell if the first tick comes later than before or not

    It's not a new bug/glitch, so I know it isn't anything to do with the patch, it was doing it before the patch and it was a lot worse ! I'm not sure what caused it though =/.

    For me spells are actually a lot quicker and working much more effectively as soon as I select them now . I haven't noticed any issues since the patch personally.

    Well, it was working fine for me until the last update.
