    There is no 300 SP cap in ESO. I don't know who started such nonsense. Right now, today, there are ~326 SP available to every player including reading that book once. I'm sure if there are any players that are terribly close to PvP Rank 50 yet as that's part of those ~326 SP.

    I was talking exactly about Map Containers. I assure i do know that bound items can be placed in bank...
