Mallari-Mora blackout

I am trying to do the Mallari-Mora quests with Telenger the Artificer in Auridon, except the screen keeps basically blacking out in this zone. You can see little bits of grass here and there, other bits but it makes it impossible to do the quests. I haven't had this happen anywhere else in the game and as I can hear others doing the quests I don't know if its a setting I am using or what.
Anyone have any ideas?

If options weren't necessary, and everyone played the same way, no one would use addons. Fix the UI!

✭If you haven't already, @christy8075b14_ESO, do you mind attempting the following steps?- Use the command /reloadui
- Log completely out then back in
- Abandon and then reacquire the quest
Let us know if that quest still leaves you in the dark!0 -

✭Just to update in case anyone runs into this. The area has a mist, I normally play on medium settings but turning it to low gets rid of the shading. I guess the blackness is a failure on the part of my card? Idk but at least I can do the quest(s) this way
