I have the same issue with the game. It is so bad and frequent that I have made a “G” key macro on my Logitech G510 for “/reloadui”. In my case this fixes the problem about 80% of the time. Other times I have to log off and back. Needless to say this issue along with my wimpy NightBlade causes me to die frequently. Very frustrating and makes me wonder if the NightBlade problems are skills or key commands not working all the time or an underpowered class.

I have NB characters and DK characters, and can confirm that this seems to be a "feature" of playing a Nightblade. Don't get me wrong, when I play my DK there are some issues (critical charge which is a 2H skill sometimes takes you through an enemy rather than toe to toe with them, momentarily giving them the advantage and leaving you with an inability to fire off a class skill because they are either too close (to the extent where you are half in them, so to speak) or behind you so you are no longer targetting them; obsidian fist will not always fire when the key for it is pressed and sometimes travels so slowly that it is possible to outrun the effect), but it is absolutely nothing compared to the complete locking-up of skills that I experience frequently on my NB.

I think it's a related issue that sometimes I cannot loot bodies on my NB after killing them using certain skills (haven't worked out which ones mind you) because my NB becomes completely unable to interact with anything. I have never had this problem with my DK in terms of completely locking up, not once.

With all the issues plagueing eso, and they only seems to get worse, I decided to cancel my sub today. I will play to the end of it, but wont renew. Its sad, its a great game if it didnt have such poor....well....you know....

While it's something that needs to be fixed in the code, I usually manage to avoid death in these situations by rolling. Rolling seems to reset whatever is blocking the abilities from being used - maybe there's a clue for them in that?

Forgot to mention that I'm playing a Night Blade too; he's my only character so I didn't realise that this issues seemed to be a particular Night Blade issue.

And if you do report it, their response is again "why not try re-log" uh really? What other game have you played that requires you to re-log as much as this game to fix basic issues / in game mechanics that are just flawed.
