Is it allowed for me to log on to my mothers account in order to help her with quests she cannot complete on her own?
I find no other solution since there is no way for my character to help her in game with quests that are phased.
Is this ok?
Attention Zenimax: Stamina builds don't hold up to magicka builds, and this is causing most of your class imbalance. It makes melee weapons and bows weaker than staves and class abilities. It makes medium and heavy armor less desirable than light armor. Fix this imbalance, and you'll address most of your balance issues.

The following text may be a bit ambiguous as to whether or not someone else uses the account with your permission but the first line clearly states that only the registered user is permitted to use the account.

If you are with your mother then I see no problem. The best approach would be to quest with her in these areas where she is having problems. If it is a solo quest that has her bogged down then the only answers are for to keep leveling and get better weapons, armor, etc and return to the quest or for you to talk her through it via phone or in person, or to physically do it yourself. she may find it more rewarding in the end to do it herself however. FWIW, my son lives a couple of states away. I was having major problems with some solo boss fights. I was able to finish the quest with his guidance and gaining another couple of levels. I am glad that I did not just let him play it out for me.
