Having a big problem ... Stuck!

So, this is the first big problem I have encountered.
I teleported to a Wayshrine, and got stuck. When I came out the other end, I can only see in sort of third person and look around. I can't move or do anything else. I have tried /stuck, I have teleported to other Wayshrines with the same result. I can see other characters, but they aren't making any noise. The only noise is the music.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Try a port to Cyrodiil if you've joined a campaign.
Try renaming your usersettings.txt file in you main ESO folder.0 -

I did try porting to other players, it just dumped me at a Wayshrine near them with the same result ...
renaming folder? Not tried that one. I'll give it a go.

✭You might have run into a very long load delay for your character model. I often have this problem when logging in, and sometimes after using a wayshrine, but only for ten seconds or so.
How long did you wait to see if the problem solved itself? If you just waited one minute, it might be a network related problem. If you waited several minutes, it sounds like something that is not as likely to just go away if you wait it out.

Yeah, this is definitely a loading delay. It's been happening for me too, not super often but enough to be a thing, since all the fps/graphical loading issues began. I usually just browse my inventory while waiting, haha, usually takes like 10-15 seconds.
