Hi everyone.
I'm soon going to make a permadeath character to do a story-driven pve-run of the game from 1-vr12! I've done this for every TES game, and a few MMO's too.

Naturally, PVP, and pug-dungeons are out of the question.

Permadeath for those who don't know, is an attempt at a one-life character. Dying would result in my character's soul flying right back into Molag Bal's love-chamber. I enjoy the tension of trying to survive - so don't criticise me on this. ^_^
Anyway. I've got quite a few VR characters, so I have a strong knowledge of the game. But what I can't decide for the life of me is what class has the best survivability.
I'm currently torn between Templar and Dragonknight.
Dragonknight has the CC's, Razor armor and Dragonblood, and very nice ultimates: Standard and Corrosive Armor.
Templar has a huge tree for healing, puncturing strikes that heal as you damage, and the crescent sweep that provides damage reduction for each enemy hit.
Both are very tanky, and bad-ass right now.
I'll probably use a healing staff + sword and shield.
I'd love to hear some rabid theory crafting, or see some up-to-date videos of classes defying impossible odds and living.
