"Floaty" mouse

Hi all.

I had this issue once on my computer and don't remember if I found a way to fix it or if it just remedied itself, as it wasn't a common occurrence. I got on my wife's computer to help her do something in game and noticed her mouse was very "floaty", meaning it felt like it was a touch behind where I wanted it to be, sort of like the sensitivity was too low, but turning it up just made it crazier with the same problem. The best way to describe was it wasn't as "snappy" as mine is, and I can imagine it being a pain in combat, targeting and such. She said it was always like this for her.

Anybody know what this is about and how to improve it?

Windows 7. Her mouse is fine everywhere else, it's just once she gets in ESO that it gets ;\

Go into settings- camera- and check her rotation settings.

Sounds like an issue with mouse smoothing/acceleration

I thought it sorta felt like acceleration, but went into the Mouse/Cursor menus and couldn't find any mention of it. I tried turning up Sensitivity in the Camera option screen, I'll take another look.
