✭Probably.. But it is far more important that ZoS learn not to put patches on live game until they have been tested and aren't going to totally break aspects of the game (PvP). If they learn that lesson and put it into practice asap, I'll pay an extra month's subscription fee!5 -

ThisOnePosts✭✭✭✭✭No. Maybe on a case by case basis if they can verify you have been unable to access your game and play it for more than a few minutes, then yes for those people. In general, I see the same flocks of people everywhere I go and still taking keeps in Cyrodiil so I know it's not that.... it seems to be an isolated issue.2 -

✭it is a long patch day, 10 hrs, then a large download, 9GB.
then the fps problem occurred, mostly in pvp.
i guess some sort of compensation is warranted.0 -

era5orSoul ShrivenSorry to say but if you read there t&c and eula, zenimax and teso have us all by the balls, they are not at liberty to give any compensation at all, by ways or means of cash or game time or ingame items... I have since canceled my sub, as its been almost 2 weeks since the patch made the game unplayable for me, I am a loyal subscriber and even bought the £100+ starter kit, but with the game content being so broken, I will not invest anymore into the game as it stands...1

And where did you get that information from? The other brown nosers that frequent these forums to quickly defend ZoS after any of their many *** ups? Go to cyro, listen to /zone for a bit. The FPS patch only broke FPS more. How the *** do they screw something up like that? Its ridiculous. And thats only ONE of the many problems with this game.No, the game hasn't been "nigh unplayable" for most people. i think all the no votes are employees of eso!! im done with this game anyway already moved to wild-star game has been in dev for same amount of time and the amount of stuff it has is unreal would take you months just to figure it all out unlike eso to top lv in 1 months seems like they have worked on eso for 1 year not 5 and there is still major issues after 3 months its seems to get worse every-time the release a patch update and they expect you to pay for it in my eyes this game is failing fast and to think i waited for 2 years and was relay excited about it coming out and they destroyed all my hope in this gameMeh!6 -

Other than the a certain quest being broken (Silent Village) which isn't storyline and doesn't *really* prevent me from proceeding, my gameplay has been perfectly fine. Well, as much as gameplay in this game is fine. Personally, I find it a tad too much action game and not enough RPG, but that's more personal taste, and is pretty much the way the elder scrolls series has been headed starting with Morrowind and all the console players complaining that hidden hit/dodge etc. rolls were determining whether damage was done.Achievements Suck0 -

Broken or not , in the virtual world the only recourse is cancelling until it is fixed, if you picked a multi month sub knowing there were so many issues (plenty of fact to back this up) since release then you have gotten what you have paid for.5
