Zenimax - Mail timeout info/countdown need a BIG improvement/warning

I got the Imperial edition mails when account was made, had a 30 day timeout message, but never timed out (as it should be, as they are Zenimax mails).
Purchased items from a guild store for an alt, were in my mail, no need to detach them with the HUGE inventory/bank space problem in this game.
Then when I am about to detach them (2 covenant axes), they are gone, mails are empty!
Why do not the counter count down? Why do we not get any warning that this will happen? Nothing else outside of a not-counting-down timer is a warning that this may happen.
Made 2 tickets ingame, no answer. I would of course like to get my 2 axes restored.
And btw where on earth can I see/follow my tickets?!

maurotdo✭✭✭No one in ZoS will even read or care about those "minor" issues (not even issues, but "feature improvement") given the abundance of other game-breaking bugs still open. My recommendation, as always, is to end the subscription and try again in three-to-six months if the game in its current state is frustrating you.
